Warrior Beach Bootcamp is military inspired and MMA ( Mix Martial Arts ) powered intense outdoor fitness program that is very effective and fun. We are big on Teamwork and Team-Spirit utilising discipline based motivational drills and techniques as seen in the elite military and / or elite sports.

We are masters in catering for different age groups, body shapes and fitness levels. Whether you are an elite athlete, ex-military, a fit mum, an unfit and overweight couch potato or a stressed and over worked corporate office worker...we give you exactly what you need and what you can handle...so you can change your body and get ultra fast results.
Every session starts with a warm-up of around 5-7 min followed by a "main course" of about 50 minutes of hard and intense workouts and a cool down stretch of about 5 minutes. The numerous benefits of our legendary Warrior Beach Bootcamp are truly astonishing and the results speak for themselves.
You're moving constantly, at a rapid motion, which burns major calories and you can usually expect to burn between 500 to 1000 calories during one hour long session. By doing high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio, circuit training and Kickboxing gives you a total body workout and torches fat.  Every session is different. Every session is hard and fun....pushing you to the limit.  We are using a lot of body weight exercises, animal moves, martial arts moves and drills but also very effective equipment such as battling ropes, kettlebells, sand bags, resistance bands, bosu, gym balls, medicine balls, speed ladders, TRX and much more to get you in the shape of your life ;-)!  At Warrior Beach Bootcamp we take your progress very serious. Therefore we contact a monthly fitness test to measure your current fitness level, strength, cardio, speed and agility.



It is no coincidence that the Bondi Beach Bootcamp is one of the most successful and effective professionally run Bootcamps in Sydney.

Because the bootcamp workouts involves a rapid-fire sequence of moves, drills and exercises, it's fast-paced and pretty intense. Having said that if you are out of shape in any age you do what you can and push yourself just as hard as you want to in every session to ensure you improve, get stronger and faster over time   Weather conditions do not matter to us at all! We train by rain, hail, snow or sunshine :-)! It is very important that you expose yourself to the different weather conditions and train all year long 3 times a week to strengthen your immune system, your body, mind and soul!



Pretty much the same occurs for health conditions and injuries. You know your body best. You are your best doctor. In saying that we still recommend to show up for the sessions and work around your injury, take it easy and do as much or as little as you can. It will still be better than sitting at home and do nothing. That way you support your team and you spend time outdoors on the beach which is always good and beneficial ;-)!



Warrior Beach Bootcamp will boost your health, fitness and confidence within just a few weeks or months. 95% of all success is just showing up!
