We have just completed a new short length of fence and lifted the existing uneven steps and relayed them for a customer in East Budleigh
The Strand project scaffold and hoarding being erected.
A&J have been successful in winning the project at 36-37 The Strand, Exmouth. This used to be the old Thomas Tucker clothing store which closed 10 years ago and the building has stood empty since. The project is to convert the 1st and 2nd floor of this Grade II* listed building into residential flats, repair and decorate the facade and shopfronts and strip out the ground floor ready for a commercial tenant to take on and fit out..
