Ladies if you need motivation this is it... It's only 14 weeks until July... If you lose 1lb a week that's a stone, if you lose 1lb every 2 weeks that's half a stone!! This is EXACTLY the right time to sort it out, shake off that 'i'm too busy' or 'i can't be bothered' feeling and start doing!!! We are here to help you, but we can't do that without you getting those butts back into Fit4Her! Give yourself two 30 minute workouts a week - and stick to them, tell us when you're coming in, and then stick to it, have a goal and let's smash it! YOU CAN DO THIS! 💪🙌
