Easy to make rocky road bites for the kids!!... Ingredients: 350g chocolate chips 30g butter 1 tin (397g) condensed sweetened milk 365g dry-roasted peanuts ( optional ) 500g chopped marshmallow's 1) A tin size of your choice line with grease proof paper and set to one side. 2) In a microwave safe bowl , melt the chocolate drops and butter , keep in the microwave for roughly 60seconds take out and stir , if still not melted add into the microwave for a further 30seconds 3) Once melted add in your milk, peanuts ( if added ) and marshmallows, stir well into the chocolate mixture. 4) Once all mixed together , get back your tray with the grease proof paper and pour the mixture into the tin. Once one that , even the mixture out a little and add to the freezer or fridge until firm 5) Once the mixture is firm , slice it into squares and place on a plate. it is now ready to serve.

Want to learn how to make a brownie in a mug? keep reading... Ingredients: 1) 2TB of melted butter 2) 2TB of water 3) Teaspoon of vanilla extract 4) Pinch of salt 5) 2TB of unsweetened coco powder 6) 4TB of all purpose Flour In any suitable mug you have add the Water, Butter, Vanilla extract & the pinch of salt into the much and mix well. Once its all mixed together well then add the Coco powder and mix again, once mixed well again add the Sugar and the flour and mix well again. Once mixed together put it into the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds depending on your microwave heat. the center should be slightly molten, once time is up take it carefully out the microwave and ENJOY!!!
