ER8 - Remote mounted electric reverse for chain drive differentials. Drive can be by small chain or V-belt. The reverse unit can also be incorporated into a jack-shaft system to add an additional sprocket reduction stage to minimise sizes of sprockets used on the differential and to centralise the differential to the chassis.

My latest reverse system for chain drive differentials. Does away with the need for mechanical engagement linkages. The ER4 Electric reverse ring gear fits to the right side of the differential's sprocket with the motor mounted on the right hand side plate. The ER4 fits to special versions of my sliding plate or pivot type mounting cradles. The unit shown is fitted to a Sierra 7-1/2" chain drive 'open' differential.
