So, today is Day 9 and technically should have been a 2 shakes and healthy meal day. However, 1,000 calories doesn't get you up a mountain! So today I've been powered by Argi, and a few more healthy options along the way to make sure I had a sensible number of calories for the activity I've been doing! Feeling great though and so glad I've stuck to the plan throughout 🙂

Today I've been convinced I was on Day 4. Seems it's actually day 5... This eating good stuff thing is actually pretty easy and my body is definitely thanking me for doing it! Remembered both my shakes and even had dinner sitting with the kids this evening. I warned you yesterday about my food presentation skills. I wasn't joking... It looks rubbish but tasted fab! Exercise today = running. Though I think my daughter got the better part of the deal!

Day 4 - has been "one of those days" where little has gone to plan! I've still been good and stuck to the C9 though! Had to keep track of the calories this evening and realised I'd only had 300 at dinner time. Even the best meal planning doesn't always work when unexpected things pop up with the kids! Whilst they enjoyed their chips, I grabbed a tuna salad on the run so topped up the calories with a couple of yummy scrambled eggs when we got home! I'd love to post a photo of my delicious food. 2 problems: 1. My food presentation skills are rubbish 2. I was hungry and ate them before I'd taken a photo!! So here's a photo of the box they came from instead...

C9 Days 1/2 It's been a busy couple of days involving work, meetings about the kids, dog training and a quick trip to Wales! Day 1 yesterday was fine. I drink the gel anyway so no problems there! Today would have been easier had I been more organised and had plenty of free food in the fridge 😂 I've drunk lots of water though so haven't really felt hungry. Cooking spaghetti bolognese for the kids dinner was hard, however it did make me realise how I've got into the habit of picking whilst preparing food... Unusually, both kids have asked to go to bed so I might get an early night too 🙂 Although I'm tired because I've had so little sleep recently, I'm feeling less exhausted and my stomach less bloated. This putting good things into your body to make yourself feel better lark seems to actually work! That said, I'm sooooooo looking forward to my shake for breakfast in the morning! Bring on days 3-9 😀
