We will be closed Tuesday/Wednesday this week. Re-opening on Thursday at 5pm. Under verdant leisure. We didn’t want to give up the chip shop, after 3 years of hard work. So have agreed to work for them. They have gave us their word that we can continue doing the ordering. Which means using the same suppliers etc for our fresh fish. We will still be able to buy fresh prawns straight from the boat. So all these big changes won’t affect our customers. Me & Paul would like to take the time to thank all our loyal customers who really have supported us over the years. We couldn’t just walk away. We had a lump in our throat working our last night as our own business. Verdant know how successful the business was/is so have decided to keep the name the same. We are looking forward to seeing what this year brings working with verdant leisure. We will keep everyone posted.

Hope everyone is ok out there. We will be closed 2night again due to this weather, as we can't get any supplies. Boats haven't been off, so there won't be any fresh fish or prawns. And we certainly won't be using frozen fish. Soon as it gets better we will be there ready to open. Thanks.

To let everyone know, we are open tonight. Because of the huge amount of support we have had from the locals & surrounding areas we are allowed to stay.
