Making gluten free..delicious! Hi, my name is Charlene and I set up my business Simply Yum because of my love of baking. After being diagnosed Coeliac some years ago, I decided to experiment and perfect delicious Gluten Free fresh bakes that just aren't available on the market. Since the recent establishment of my business, I've developed a wide variety of unique gluten free products that are proving popular with all customers - not just us Coeliacs!!!
