Description
We are a walking group based in Loughrea, Co. Galway. We meet every second Sunday for walks around south Galway, Co. Clare and occasionally go on weekend walking trips further afield. Walks are approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours long and are graded; relatively easy (green), moderate (blue) and more difficult hikes (red). We are members of Mountaineering Ireland and currently have 31 members.

A choice of walks for the Ramblers on Sun 22nd. Either a 12km trek on Sliabh Carron in the Burren or an 8km walk in Woodlawn. Both groups depart from Loughrea at 09.30

Great outing for the Ramblers on a 13 km route in the Sliabh Aughties. Lots more great walks scheduled for Spring and Summer
