Junior Rugby The Junior Rugby Section of Greystones RFC is an integral part of the Club.  It is a vibrant and successful section with a history of competing at the highest level of Junior Rugby and winning trophies in their respective league and cup competitions. The Junior Section provides an important link for players coming up from the Youth Section of the Club to integrate into the adult arena of rugby life.  It has also provided many players to the Senior Team over the years who have come up from the Youth Section and improved their game learning from the more experienced players that now enjoy the more social and fun side of the game.
Training
Training is currently on Thursday evenings starting at 7:30.
Goals
This Season we aim to be competitive in all leagues and cups and a return to the trophy winning ways that we are used to.
Tours
The Junior Section enjoys a great tradition of rugby tours and have travelled far and wide over the years.  Tours have mainly been to other clubs around the country but in recent times have ventured to rugby competitions in Spain on 3 separate occasions.  Last season saw a well organised tour to Westport that all who travelled enjoyed immensely.  Another tour is being planned for the end of this season and fundraising events will be scheduled throughout the year and any support is most gratefully appreciated.

All at the exec this week we took the decision to splash out and have both BT and Sky on offer to our members so we can show all matches. This is very expensive lads and represents our hope that as members we will do our best to get the bar as the place to watch the games. It is the long term goal of the club that the bar surplus will cover the rugby budget - at present it is less than half and the more we grow it the more we can plough back into the troops on the pitch - new kit, balls, buses to matches, kitties behind the bar and better quality pole dancing. We have committed to stable opening hours, showing all matches not to mention the upgraded facilities and as such kindly ask you to help us make America (sorry grfc) great again and show us the money.
