Our Mission is to help the community get healthy and achieve their desired goals whatever they may be Our mission is to bring the message of good nutrition to our community. Our Clubs provide a valuable service as they educate on the importance of nutrition and physical exercise.
Admission to the Nutrtion club is by personal invitation and is not open to the general public.
The Club offers daily support to its members as well as socialisation, recognition and a nutritious meal!
