This job was completed in the Pillo hotel in Ashbourne a good few months ago. The client wanted to change the floor as it was very hard to maintain and was not really child friendly. What we decided to do was create a type of floor design that would be unusual, would suit the playroom type area while also being very easy to maintain. This is what we produced.....

A recent refurb in the Bord Gais Theatre. The client had originally installed carpet tile in the 4 floors of their back of house area. However, while carpet tile can be very economical, they did not suit the areas in question. It became an ever lasting problem for the client to maintain the quality look of the carpet, constant coffee spills and the likes were an ever present pest. Our brief was to install a product that was high wearing, easy to maintain and would be able to cater for high traffic foot fall and trolleys being dragged across it. We installed a product called Amtico. While it can be quite expensive please be assured that it comes with high quality attributes and it is suitable for every area within the home or business. Amtico can come in a wood or stone effect, can be laid in a variety of different directions and styles and has numerous different plank sizes and styles. It also comes with a 25 year wear guarantee.
