Eat what you like and still lose weight. Slimming World is the most effective method of weight loss on the planet. I had for many years battled with my weight and as many others have, through the struggles and challenges and all the usual methods of dieting, had some degree of short-term success. However, it was never too long before I found myself eating my way back to the plus sizes and feeling miserable about myself again.
When I discovered Slimming World for the first time it was inconceivable to me that I could eat as much food as I liked in a single day while loosing weight at the same time (and im not talking about having to eat lettuce all day) this is what makes this method of weight loss utterly amazing - YOU can eat the foods and recipes YOU love ALL DAY !!
I have achieved a personal goal with Slimming World that has changed my life for ever. Committing to taking the first step was the hardest part for me but once I came to terms with how it works, there was and is no looking back.
It is my pleasure and mission to help as many people as I can to realise their goals.

We work so hard in our work, home and family lives. We put effort into our careers, raising our children and supporting our friends. 🍹🍹Recipe of the week 🍹🍹 This fruity summer drink is the perfect summer quencher! Ingredients ¼ honeydew melon, skinned, seeded and roughly chopped 8 raspberries, plus extra raspberries to decorate 90ml orange juice Juice of 1 lime A dash (1tsp) of grenadine 6 ice cubes, roughly crushed, plus whole ice cubes to serve Soda water Fresh mint sprigs, to decorate Method Put the melon, raspberries, orange juice, lime juice and grenadine into a food processor or blender and blitz briefly. Add the crushed ice and blend until smooth. Divide the mixture between four glasses and top up with ice cubes and soda water. Decorate with raspberries and mint sprigs and serve with straws. #Slimwithsinead

Remember me? How could you forget. I am the one you always said “I definitely have it here” as you rummaged through your purse as the queue behind you got bigger and bigger at Slimming World. You remember! You do remember me. I was the one you sacrificed last winter to scrape ice off the car as you didn’t pop into group as you had too much on with Christmas. I know you remember. What has it been 5,6,8 maybe 10 weeks? The only time we saw each other this summer is when you got me out in Tesco trying to “claim points” on me but the woman handed me back saying that “I wasn’t the right one”. I sat between the bank card and the credit card for the whole summer. Both seemed to be very busy but kept coming back boasting about how much they had spent. I kept thinking why doesn’t she get me out, I only ever cost her nine euro and maybe a few extra euro for those bars she loves that get squished in this bag with the rest of us. It seems to me that I am unhappy and you don’t seem as happy as you were when we were going to that group each week. You would pull me out all proud and hand me to the first woman. She then past me back and you walked to the other queue and then handed me to the other woman, she really seemed to like me – even gave me a tickle and a rub if I wasn’t behaving. She then used to hand me back to you and I used to see that proud smile on your face. Now the children are back to school maybe we could hang out a bit more together? I can be your favouritre ‘Chip and pin' whilst you eat chips and get thin! It isn’t easy to start again but a quick blow and a rub and we can start slimming again. I will even make you a little promise. If you leave me somewhere you can see me in your purse or your bag I will be a reminder every time you want to pull out one of ‘those other cards’ for a curry or kebab. So read the words on my face and on my back: “Reach high for the stars lie hidden in your soul – Dream deep for every dream proceeds your goal” Please bring me back to group this week. I want to hear that woman saying “Enjoy all this free food and aim for 1/3 on your plate and forgive yourself for the perils of summer and the things that you ate” Take me along I am all that you need. You can carry on where you left off or start a fresh. I am not just a card, I am the passport to your success.
