facebook.comI have had a couple of cancellations for tonight’s induction so have spaces in the following classes: Wednesday 6.30-7.30pm Thursday 9.30-10.30am You must be able to attend tonight’s induction 8.15-9.15pm. SCULPT AND STRIDE class will be back in force as of Thursday 19th April 5.30-6.30pm, following our week off. Cost is £21 for a 6 week block. This class consists of 30 mins walking and 30mins toning work in the studio. This is a low impact class, suitable for most people, let me know if you would like to discuss any particular issues. This is a great way to get you started on an achievable fitness regime with a friendly group of people 😀
We have a couple of places available in our Yoga class on a Wednesday 7.45-9pm. The cost is £42 for a 6 week block. This class is suitable for beginners. Please get in touch to book your space x
