WE’RE OPEN!! We usually keep Tuesday as a baking day, but I’ve dragged the eldest two Cakey kiddos out of the house and we’ve opened the doors on this lovely, breezy afternoon until 4:30. Might have whipped up yet another new recipe for the counter too, with this epic Biscoff cake! Layers of caramel sponge either side of a layer of our Biscoff blondie, and filled and covered with delicious Biscoff buttercream.
