The Villa itself was constructed in 2006, imitating Mediterranean house style, with spacious terraces and plenty of greenery.
We are very proud of our location which is, in spite of its isolation from the everyday busy life, only a step away from the city centre. We are only 7 minutes drive away from the main city square and, once you are here, you can tune out and enjoy the peace and quite with only birds singing or, during the winter, enjoy in the pure white snow as we remeber it from our childhoods.
Romantic view on the city centre, neighbouring slopes and a small church guarantees endulgance for all your senses.
A tram station is situated only 5 minutes walking distance away, thus enabling easy access to the city centre.
