Official Facebook page of the European Tennis Base The European Tennis Base opened its training center on October 1, 2011 in Salzburg (Austria).

The two directors - Gerald Mild and Ulf Fischer founded this academy to develop players who combine outstanding tennis ability and a commitment to tennis training for a career as college players or as tennis professionals. Both the directors are world wide known for their outstanding careers as coaches working with top international players.

They developed and mentored the best young players for the Austrian, German, and Swiss Tennis Association and guided them up to rankings of the top 35 ATP players (among them several Grand Slam Quarterfinalists).

Years on the Pro Tour all over the world as players and coaches enable Gerald Mild and Ulf Fischer to pass on the extensive knowledge and experience gained, as well as motivate the young player to strive for becoming one of the best.

The Coaches of the European Tennis Base Raul Ranzinger Raul Ranzinger has coached Tennis Professionals in a total of 40 Grand Slam Tournaments, 2 Olympic Games and 10 Federation Cup Ties. Amongst others, Raul worked with the 2002 Federation Cup Champions, Slovakia. Raul coached at some time Janette Husarova, Patty Schnyder, Thatiana Garbin, all WTA Top 20 players. A linguist, Raul speaks 5 Languages ​​fluently, and holds the Highest, Globally recognized PTCA Coaching accreditation. The Coaches of the European Tennis Base in Salzburg, Austria Dr. Johannes Landlinger Dr. Landlinger is one of the leading Fitness Experts in the World. A Sport Scientist and University Lecturer, Dr. Landlinger is responsible for Conditioning, Training and establishing Fitness Protocols in the European Tennis Base for WTA, ATP and ITF players. Under his management, Flexible, Individually Tailored Training programs are created. Training Planning and Control are carried out using the TRAYN Tennis Platform, a Year-Long Professional Athlete Support System backed by an innovative "Remote Coaching Tool". The Coaches of the European Tennis Base in Salzburg, Austria Broderick Dyke Broderick Dyke is an Internationally renowned Professional and Successful Touring Professional, who has been a member of the Australian Davis Cup Team and a Squad Member of the 1986 winning team. Broderick’s highest ATP Ranking was No. 35 in the Singles and No. 23 in Doubles, with victories over Boris Becker, Kevin Curren, Brad Gilbert, Miroslav Mecir, Guy Forget, and many more World-Class players. As a trainer with the Highest Worldwide PTCA license, and Tennis Australia High Performance Certificate he worked for many years as a very successful National Coach for the Australian Tennis Federation and also has consulted for the Chinese Tennis Association. Broderick has coached at all Grand Slams, ATP, WTA and Juniors, and many Tennis Europe events. Since 2015, Broderick has been working for the European Tennis Base.
