While enjoying a beautiful relaxing Sunday, I like to remind all our fans, patrons and health conscious exercise minded people about our new Phase 3 schedule which will kick in from tomorrow morning. Monday through Friday we will have both morning and evening classes and Saturday class will start at 7:30 AM and end in early afternoon, Now you can choose classes as per your schedule. Happy Sunday :)
