65 degree weather in February? BRING IT! Our Maintenance Technician, Johnathen Coley didn’t mind the Carolina blue skies and warm temperatures as his daily duties took him to the rooftop. Johnathen Coley works diligently around the building to ensure all systems are running smoothly! Johnathen joined our team with over 4 years of experience at Staybridge Suites, Homewood Suites and Country Inn & Suites. He says the “suite-est” part about working at the Embassy Suites is the opportunity to grow with such a helpful team. Johnathen’s favorite thing about Wilmington is the summertime. You can catch him enjoying the Atlantic Ocean at Wrightsville Beach and attending the free Downtown Sundown Concerts during the summer on the riverfront. Johnathen is “all things outdoors” - he loves hiking, mountain biking, zip-lining, canoeing and tending to his vegetable garden. It's that time again for #TeamMemberTuesday! This week, we would like everyone to meet Kip Vincent. Kip is a star behind the bar at STEAM restaurant. After moving from Huntersville, NC, Kip is making the most out of the Port City. His favorite thing to do when not serving STEAM's signature cocktails is to play some basketball with his friends. He is working towards earning his accounting degree at UNCW and loves meeting new people here in Wilmington. After a visit with us at Steam Restaurant & Bar, you may notice this is clearly not Kip's first time bartending, but he says that this stands out as the nicest bar in Wilmington. Kip's favorite thing about the restuarant is our signature plate, the Burger Burger.
