Technique Tip: Tucking the hips side to side when working the tops of the thighs. Weather you are standing at the barre or kneeling on the carpet your tuck should look the same. Tips to make this effective: -That 'tuck side to side' motion should be more to the forward diagonal. (the core should be doing all the work) -keep the movement slow and controlled, no momentum. -work at YOUR level!
