The Charland Institute has served the greater Watertown area since 1992 with programs for all ages. Karate for ages 4-144, Total Body Fitness & Bodyshaping Prices for Total Body Fitness start at $8 per class, $39 per month, $99 for 3 months, and get less expensive as you join for more time. Tang Soo Do Programs Start at $29.95 for a 3 lesson trial with uniform, after that, you can expect to pay $117 and up per month for a 6 month program depending upon how you join and how you pay for it. We have a 4-6 year old program which is second to none. A program where your child is having so much fun, they hardly know they're learning. Junior Beginners, Novice and Advanced are all separate classes, for specialized learning. Teens and adult classes on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays!

Summer Schedule in full force! Don't forget these dates! Sat July 1 - Open for regular classes M/T July 3&4 - Closed for holiday Thur July 6 - Master Sgro visits BBC class, donations accepted Thur July 6 - Seminar for Tweens and up 6:30-8:30 $20 Sat July 8th - closed for Karate Camp, get registered!! Friday July 14th - IT program is going boxing! You can join them! sign up at the front desk! Sat July 15th - Breaking Seminars with Master Charland age 6-9 at 9am, age 10-12 at 10am, age 12 & up at 11am Friday, July 20th - IT program is going to SkyZone! You can join them! $20 if you drive yourself, $50 to go in the van! Sign up at the front desk!
Xtra Help This aft at 4pm till 7pm. Come in any time during those hours for help on rank requirements, tournament performances, etc. . . No Classes tomorrow, Sat 6/24 at CIKF ~ 31 Charland Students (including PAL, competing at Nationals ~ Come watch the games at the Charles B Luce Field House, 270 Mohegan Ave Pkwy, New London, CT ~ all competitors must be on the floor by 9:30am for tournament opening!

A great day of training today at our pre-phase 1 So much thanks to our senior Dan's, for their planning and leadership. We had three hours of training and a 2 hour Staff meeting. It really does take a whole Dojang to produce great students.
