PiYo LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You will use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small!
In PiYo Live we crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen—all in one PiYo workout!Summer exercise at Betty Jean's Time Changes!

Total Body Burn is designed to get your metabolism revved up while toning and shaping long, lean muscles - all in 55 minutes! Class format consists of a floor-based warmup and cardio exercises followed by total body toning exercises that will keep your heart rate up. You'll finish up with core work and a good stretch. All exercises can be modified for any fitness level.Fall dance classes start in 2 weeks! Call today to register!
