Bonaroti will offer a very special New Years Eve Dinner Menu with choices for appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and desserts. Menu highlights include for starters: Calamari con Gamberi (Combination of shrimp and calamari in spicy tomato sauce), Calamari Fritti, Gamberi Bonaroti (Shrimp sauteed with butter, garlic, chives and wine sauce) or Melanzane Della Casa (Eggplant stuffed with ricotta cheese and a very light tomato sauce). For Soups: Crema di Asparagi, Pasta E Fagioli and Cappeletti in Brodo di Pollo (Stuffed noodle rings in chicken broth). For salads: Insalata alla Cesare, Di Spinachi, or Caprese. Entree choices include: Agnolotti Paesana (Homemade pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese and spinach in a cream sauce and porcini mushrooms), Gnocchi Bolognese, Tonno Alla Griglia (Fresh Grilled Tuna), Scampi Con Granchio (Scampi stuffed with crabmeat and served with risotto sauteed in a champagne cream sauce), Salmone Champagne (Poached Salmon in a champagne cream sauce), Nodino di Vitello (Veal Chop with Fresh Rosemary and white wine sauce), Petto Di Pollo Fiorentina (Breast of chicken topped with béchamel sauce over a bed of spinach).
