I am very proud coach today. We came to Staten Island, NY for the East Coast Championships. It was a great event and awesome to compete against some new faces. We only brought 18 athletes and ended up 3rd in the team race. Lost to two local teams by close scores. We came small but strong. Everyone fought great. Itsu won the most outstanding athlete award which is awesome. And we got to see our great friend Lenny. Proud of everyone who fought today.
