Zumba w/ Kelly is located @ IHS Dance School (Mon.,W,Th.& F) & Anytime Fitness(Tues. p.m.),Troy Rec being added in Troy, Al. $5 non members. After Strong HIIT Class and 8 mile run yesterday I was feeling pretty sore today! I took a friends advice and tried Cryotherapy Woodling Chiropractic Dr. Darren T. Woodling today! Immediately noticed a difference. I will post tonight & tomorrow any differences I feel in comments! Pretty neat experience and I am a big scaredy cat on stuff like this!
