Knox Farm Knox farm is our beautiful farm located in sutton MA. our barn offers 5 matted stalls all with heated water buckets for the winter season, large tackroom/lounge upstairs with a view of our back paddock & multiple dirt paddocks, one grazing field that we also use as a riding area, and there is also another 3 Acre field that will soon be fenced and ready for grazing along with some cross country jumps.
About the trainer : My name is Nicole Rodgers. I am 19 and have been riding and training horses for 11 years. I had been teaching pony camp and beginners lessons for six years until the barn I was working at closed down.I am now a certified MA riding instructor and I am looking for new clients I do beginners lessons all the way up to advanced/intermediate lessons.I have all the equipment that you would need to teach Hunt seat and western riding.I will teach adults or children how to lead,groom,feed,baith,lounge,walk trot and do small obstacles while mounted.I am more experienced in Hunt seat or English but i do know a lot of Western as well. My lesson rate is 15for 1/2 hour private lesson and 30 for 1 hour private lesson (not including tacking and un-tacking). I have a lot of experience in the equine field and would like to continue with horses..My dream is to own a rescue stable for horses that have been abused or sent ti slaughter and for kids/teens/adults who have emotional issues weather it is with drugs,loosing a family member or parent or just emotionally unstable people.
I also Work at the barn 3 days a week ( Monday,Thursday,Sunday) So for any children or adults who are interested in learning how to care for a horse or just to hangout with them are more than welcome to come join me while I am there even if they are not having a lesson!

Spring intro to horses
Knox farm will be hosting two days of horsey fun for kids ages 6-12 . This will be a intro to horses for all new kids joining our family and a refresher for returning students ! Each day will include crafts,grooming,fun,riding safety and of course hard work ! DO YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO LEARN HARD WORK AND SAFTEY AROUND HORSES ? We teach from the ground up , after all horse back riding isn't just about "riding". 75$ per child , snacks and drinks will be included each child is required to bring their own lunch .
