We are a small craft brewery coming soon to Harford County, Maryland. We specialize in high-quality ales made with ingredients grown on our farm. Hawks Hill Farmhouse Brewery is focused on staying small and keeping it local, using ingredients grown by the brewers and focusing on the market at home. We will be using hops, barley and other ingredients that we grow ourselves, to make complex, flavorful beers in the styles of the home of the Farmhouse Brewery, Belgium. Beer and Cheese pairings are a staple of Belgian cuisine, and we hope to provide you with both, as Hawks Hill Creamery and Farm Brewery both operate at Highland Heights Farm, a fourth-generation family farm established in 1924. In rural Harford County, Maryland we grow and brew.

With an emphasis on the origin of the “Farmhouse Ale,” Hawks Hill has formulated several beers hearkening back to rural Belgium, while incorporating ingredients and brewing techniques that are uniquely American. With a myriad of cheese and beer choices, everyone will find a pairing to love from Hawks Hill.

Construction is underway and Hawks Hill Farmhouse Brewery hopes to start producing and distributing as early as summer of 2015. Look for beer from Hawks Hill Farmhouse Brewery at bars and bottle shops in Harford County and Baltimore City.
