Fine Italian Cuisine  Our Legacy: Cava Restaurant was named after the word "Wine cellar" which is fitting for the recent  2012 National Wine spectators award win. Our goal is to offer exquisite food and comfortable upscale atmosphere to each dining experience.

Fine Italian Cuisine: We offer dishes for every taste, from pasta to filet mignon, from norther and southern Italy. We also offer additional items to our menu on a daily basis.

The Lounge: The lounge offers a more laid back atmosphere, with high top tables, and a specific light menu. The tavern's martini list is specialty formulated for each season.
