After reviewing their website, I filled out the Contact Form online, and actually received a callback same day, from Betsy. She listened to the specific needs, required for this property, and was able to accommodate a very short turn-around. She was very flexible and willing to work with me, on the initial walk-thru and quoting process. Once we set a date and time for work to begin, Betsy was very prompt, arriving early as promised. She helped me clear out 3 rooms, to kick-start my organizational efforts. Then she began an initial assessment and performed general cleaning. This was unexpected, I personally believe she stayed with me that first morning, just to keep me motivated to clear out the space (which I am very thankful for). Once I had the property space emptied, Betsy returned with her crew member, and they deep cleaned the entire space, top to bottom, corner to corner, wall to wall. Nothing left untouched, they scrubbed areas I would not have thought of cleaning. They returned the next day, to shampoo the carpets and assess the home for any details overlooked the day before. And then she and I set a final walk thru and payment appointment. The work performed was thorough, diligent, and actually more detailed than what I could have expected. Very professional, very prompt, courteous, great attitude, open communication between the two of us kept me in the status loop. The services I purchased were very value added, and I would use this Company again, as well as recommend their Services to my contacts. Betsy accomplished what I asked for, and she even went above and beyond, showing a passion and genuine care for her career.
