Welcome to Patch Wood Farm!

We are located at 42 Hawkewood Road in Sandown, NH, only a short drive from Boston and Manchester.

We are a family oriented farm that is dedicated to providing high quality instruction to both children and adults. Whether you are looking to ride a horse for the first time or go straight into the show ring we would love to have you be a part of our farm.

Our farm is situated on 6 acres equipped with two small barns with grooming areas, riding arena, and several large paddock with run-in sheds. We are also abutting miles of trails and have access to the state recreational trails.

Our horses are well loved equines and are considered members of our family. We also have a small Warmblood breeding program and occasionally have a select few horses for sale.

Remembering these two sweet boys, Rascal and Chester. They were both rescued and loved for a summer apiece and then passed away due to old age. The old horses that have been neglected and discarded at auction always pull at our heart strings.

We rescued Firefly a year ago this month. She came to us very sick and thin. She now is healthy and enjoying her life as a beloved trail horse in New York.
