Our next Angel Swim is this Saturday (8/12) from 8:30 - 10:30 am at Wet Zone Waterpark! This swim time is specifically set aside for those with special needs and their families. As our special guest, all Angels are free and their family or caretakers are only $4. And enjoy breakfast with Chick-fil-A chicken biscuits and drinks available for purchase.

Our overall LIFEGUARD OF THE SUMMER is Katie Schroeter! This is Katie's first year at Wet Zone as a lifeguard and swim instructor and she just graduated from Rockwall High School. Katie will be attending Blinn College in the fall to study nursing! This award was voted on by supervisors for someone that consistently had a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and encourages others all summer long!

Our last Lifeguard of the Week is Travis Olson! He is a recent graduate from Rockwall High School where he was an all star tennis player! He will be attending Blinn College in the fall to study engineering. While we have a lot of amazing Lifeguard this summer, these 10 guards were voted on by their peers for going above and beyond at work and showing awesome teamwork! We appreciate and are thankful for all our staff that worked this summer to make Wet Zone a safe and fun place for our community.

Our newest Lifeguard of the Week is Christian Williams! Christian graduated from Rowlett High School in June 2017 and is heading to Richland College to study Physical Therapy. He is also a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do.

Our last Flick N Float presented by Chick-fil-A of Rowlett of the season is August 5th! Come float around with us as we watch The Lego Movie (PG) on the big screen. Gates open at 8 p.m. and the movie will start around dusk and everyone is only $6; FREE for our season pass holders. But bring in your receipt from that day’s admission and receive half off!
