A private gym located in Downtown Rochester MI that focuses on bringing the highest quality of strength and conditioning training to every fitness level. We deviate from the main stream fitness industry. We believe you should actually use the gym membership you own and it should be fun. We believe you should push yourself and you are able.

Our brand of fitness (Crossfit.com) is broad and inclusive but specifically designed to maximize progress for any individual at any ability level. Using multi-joint functional movements to build strength, CrossFit can be used as a tool for preventing/rehabilitating injuries and enhancing athletic performance, and is unmatched as a method for improving overall general fitness.

We also offer an Olympic Weightlifting program which specializes in coaching and guiding participants interested in developing the techniques associated with this Olympic sport whether competitive weightlifter, serious athlete or novice/beginner.

Our Youth Fitness Program focuses on preparing kids and teens for their respective sports and increasing general physical preparedness. This facet of our facility makes it a great choice for the entire family.

Perhaps the most important facet of our “box” (the term used for a CrossFit gym) is the community atmosphere we build. Through struggle and sacrifice we forge bonds during grueling workouts which transcend the gym experience. We take part in events, fundraisers, etc. in effort to foster relationships between our members more akin to those of a family than a club.

Alright gang, Here's the gameplay for tomorrow so that everyone has space. I've taped off enough space for 4-5 athletes to go per heat (lunges go left to right, down and back). Purple area is the working space. The red space will be for warming up. The yellow will be for all spectators. Please don't come and drop your things or sit on the turf near the lines because athletes will be lunging and doing DB cleans. Thank you all! Happy CrossFitting
