Our Mission: To inspire wonder, exploration, and appreciation of our world Turtle Bay Exploration Park is a fun, non-profit 300-acre gathering place featuring the Sundial Bridge, a museum, forestry & wildlife center, an arboretum and botanical gardens.  At the gateway to the Sacramento River Trails, Turtle Bay celebrates far Northern California as part of the world we share.

Teacher Professional Development: GEMS Workshop – Great Explorations in Math & Science Ladybugs This popular unit uses the charm of ladybugs to present key science and math concepts relating to animal adaptation, ecology, and interdependence. Children learn about ladybug body structure, symmetry, life cycle, defensive behavior, and foods. This is the perfect addition to preschool – 1st grade science curriculum! $30 per participant.
