Dancers bodies with their long, lean muscles have become the envy of those who want to tone up, with out bulk. Enter the latest fitness craze! It’s not a dance class. Barre classes use postures, small, controlled movements to shape and lift the entire body. The barre itself is used as a prop to keep you aligned. Work your entire body and stretch it out. It's a great add-in for your current work-out regime if you're not interested in making a total switch. You’re guaranteed to get a solid workout packed with core and lower body focus.
