Frozen yogurt. Gelato. Ice. Ice Cream. Smoothies. Shake its. Shakes. Coffee. Froyo opened in 1989 out of a concession trailer in Calumet City. In 1995 we opened at the old “Skate Hut” offering 2 flavors a day. In 1997 Soft Serve Ice cream was added to our offerings. In 2001, we added 100% fruit smoothies. In 2004 “shake its” were born-our unique milk shake with a whole candy bar in each one. In 2007 the Value menu was unveiled offering ice cream at family friendly prices. In 2013, we moved to our current location at 8207 Calumet. In 2014, we added the first soft serve gelato in the region. We also began brewing cold brew coffee. In the winter months, we have various hot options. We will change and evolve with new offerings to continue to enhance our image for the next 25 years as Munsters hometown treat destination.
