These memberships include your basic gym membership plus small group training sessions geared to fit your needs and help push you on the path on being in the best shape of your life!
Gym membership PLUS 2x/week S&C classes  $59.99/month

Gym membership PLUS unlimited S&C classes  $79.99/month

Personal Training:
Do you need that extra push and motivation in the gym, but don’t want to be in a group?  Then personal training may be the one-on-one approach you need to get you started!!
Training as low as $30/session!!!

Professional Programming:
Looking to reap the benefits of a trainer but don’t want the cost associated with them?  Get basic or custom programming for under $5/day!!!!!  Programming can include biweekly measurements and more to help increase adherence and accountability!
Basic Programming for $15.00/week
Specific and Custom Programming for $20-25.00/week
Training plus Nutrition Programming $30.00/week

Nutrition:

Take a basic nutrition class to help you learn the ins and outs of proper, healthy eating! Get a program to help kick start your new eating lifestyle, or get custom programs to help you for a specific diet or training goal!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
BODY BLAST: Included
Step into the line of fitness in our total body weight class, the “drill” instructor will guide you in torching your fat cells.

HARD CORE: Included
Bring your heart rate up with our “hard core” circuit, using med balls, exercise balls, resistance bands and other pieces of equipment to strengthen you total body and core.

AB ATTACK: Included
Get back at gut fat with our Ab Assault class! This is a total body class focuses primarily on the core muscles, and works to get results.

HYBRID BOXING: Included
This Interval Training Boxing class uses both bag work and body weight/strength work to get you the best workout possible in the given time.  

TRX: Included
Join in on the total resistance exercise workout using only one piece of equipment, work to burn fat, and build muscle, gain flexibility and increase range of motion.
