Lancaster County Rescue Task Force #36
Description
Fire Department Technical Rescue Group The Lancaster County Rescue Task Force #36 is a member of the South Central Task Force which provides service to Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lebanon, Perry, York and Lancaster Counties in south central Pennsylvania.
Our primary missions include providing specialized rescue services in the areas of trench, confined space, building collapse, high angle rope, specialized vehicle rescue, water, and search to the fire departments within our service area.

Team members assisted Station 74 Thursday with a vehicle into a dwelling. Members installed a number of verticals to temporarily support the dwelling until Code Officers could visit the site in the morning.

Our team members assisted Delta-Cardiff Fire Dept. - Station 57 York County and York Advanced Technical Rescue Team on Friday morning; along with teams from Baltimore City F.D. Dive Team, F.D. Boat Teams from Hartford County Maryland, Havre De Grace Maryland, Harrisburg City F.D. Dive Unit, and other fire units from York and Lancaster Counties with a water rescue in Peach Bottom Township.
