Awaken The Power Therapy Group hopes to teach people the necessary tools in a safe and non-judgmental space to transform their lives! At Awaken The Power  we offer relationship, career, kid and parenting coaching. We also offer mental health therapy. We work with children diagnosed with ADHD offering them organizational coaching, impulse control techniques and education for parent on how to effectively parent amidst the "chaos" we have worked with people with depression and anxiety to better understand their diagnosis and create avenues of change.

We work with couples for premarital therapy and marital therapy to help create a more open and expressive space within their relationship for deeper understanding, connection and happiness.

At Awaken the Power, we pride ourselves on staying current on the most effective treatment/techniques in the ever changing mental health world. We additionally pride ourselves on our dedication to being effective. Wouldn't it make sense to work with someone who has years of experience in effectively helping others to self improve?

Parenting Tip: One way that parents can find more patience and time for their child is to make sure they also find time for themselves. Taking care of your own needs for intimacy, adult companionship, recreation and time alone will help make parenting easier. If you are spending plenty of quality time with your child and they are able to be looked after in a safe environment, a break away once in while will do both you and your child a world of good.
