I was able to cut my teeth in the extremely competitive fix and flip industry. Over the years, and over 400 flips in Idaho, I've had the fortune to experience just about every conceivable problem inherent to the real estate business. Evictions, mold, title problems, buyers' markets, sellers' markets, remodels, etc. More than being a passive observer to those problems, I had to figure out a solution that was both quick and cost-effective. That knowledge, and a dry wit, is what I bring to my clients. I obtained my real estate license in 2014 and have since been party to dozens of transactions, earning the Boise Regional Realtors Circle of Excellence Award in 2016.
