Many of you know Jessie and his humor. He's a great person to have in the gym and constantly making everyone laugh. He, Jeriel, Hanz, and Elisha also do a great job cleaning the gym for us. Sadly for us he is graduating from Marietta bible college and leaving and headed back to the Philippines in July. He has a wife and daughter there and will be starting up a church from nothing when he goes home. He told me today in conversation that he needs 600$ by July so that he can start the church and provide for his family. I asked him how he was getting the money and he said that God will provide. So here is what I'm doing to help. I'm starting a collection in the gym for him and let's see if we can show him the power of the community to support him. Let's raise that money and send Jessie on his way!

Today's workout is Wes. The buy in and cash out 800m run is supposed to be done carrying a 25 lbs plate. With Murph coming up and many of you acquiring weight vests I do not care if you wear them instead for the runs. Also be early to get stretched and warmed up because this is a long workout. Rxd+ is wearing the weight vest for the 14 rounds if you dare ;).

Grandma was in the hospital all week so I went to see her today. She said you all need to keep it up cause she's coming for you in the gym. She said this while hooked to oxygen. Firecracker, inspiration, and legend. And she lifts more than you.
