We welcome all of the ladies to join us this Tuesday as we kick off our BOTTOMS UP Yoga! Every Tuesday evening from 5:30-7 P.M. we welcome you to Hop on your mat and tap into the fun of BOTTOMS UP yoga. We want to show you the awesome balance that comes from getting your down dog and drink on, with some Awesome people. It's time to put some foam in your om, some Vino in your Vinyasa, Some frisky in your whisky. Let loose, have fun, & come try out something new!!!
