Another WOW for Kingwood! Tonight at the Member's Annual C.K. King Christmas Party, the 'Honoring the Past, Growing the Future" Capital Campaign achieved its active phase. The announcement by Board Chairman, Duffy Carto, included recognition of the gifts, grants and pledges received to-date resulting in over $7M raised towards a goal of $8.5M. The monies being raised will be for the creation of the Garden Gateway Visitor's Center. Based on tonight's announcement, the goal for opening the center will be Spring 2020.
