This is a 1 event team of 2 race involving the Air Assault Bike, Concept2 Erg, barbell and kettlebell...oh and burpees. It is a test of endurance and strength. The actual workout will be posted in the discussion. The price is $60 per team. 1 Person will register the team. Cash will be up for grabs so the more teams we have, the more money you may win.
