To be "fit" you must possess skills in each of these areas:  endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and a Welcome to Madison's School of Elite Fitness. We believe in CrossFit and what it can do for you.  Our programming consists of CrossFit to give you the best results.  Each class is coach led with experienced staff and trainers and consists of a warm-up, mobility, a strength workout, and a metabolic conditioning workout. You'll develop new skills and learn something new in every class. It will be a challenge, but the reward is very high for those willing to put in the work

Wednesday Wisdom: Did you not hit a personal record, PR, today? We always want to be striving and consistently making progress, but sometimes other factors can play a role on whether or not you PR’d. 1.Life Stress: This can play a huge factor in whether or not a PR was achieved. Are you not sleeping well? Are you stressed out at work or home? Have you been on vacation and are just now getting back into the routine of things? Stress can have negative effects on training and consequently increase cortisol. This will have a huge effect on your results. 2.Training Schedule: Have you been consistent with your training? Have you been training under the proper stimulus of the workouts prescribed? We all know results take time and sometimes it is hard to be patient. But being consistent plays a big role in how our bodies respond and if we hit a PR. 3.Get Individual Guidance: Sometimes it’s not as easy to decipher what is going on with your training and you’ll need to sit down with your coaches to see exactly what is going on. This is a great opportunity for us to provide some quick advice as to what you should do to ensure you are progressing. Training ebbs and flows and we need to anticipate that.
