CORE FITNESS provides various fitness classes ranging from Bootcamp to PiYo (pilates/yoga); SPINNING,Small Group Training and Personal Training services.   Core Fitness is owned and solely operated by Amy McClure.  I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT);  a certified Gold Level Piyo Instructor, and a Certified SPINNING Instructor.  I have been a group fitness instructor for 20+ years teaching everything from Step Aerobics, Low Impact Aerobics, Butts & Guts classes, Bootcamp, Beginner Bootcamp, and PiYo classes.  
I also provide Small Group Training for those looking for a more personalized workout who desire to workout with a few other individuals, without the cost of one on one Personal Training.
I offer unique opportunities with Personal Training as well.  I provide on site training at your home or office, and/or various meeting places to provide an individualized  training plan.
And NEW to the Core Fitness services is Nutrition Coaching... If you are looking to make big or small changes to your daily nutrition I can provide you with a plan and provide daily check ins right from the comfort of your home!

Today is bittersweet.... it's my last day at the PiYo helm, a format I've been teaching for 10 years. I will miss it dearly and all my PiYo participants, some of whom have been doing it will me for 10 years!! I want to THANK YOU all for your participation, loyalty, love and friendship !
