Residents are invited to a forum tonight at Traip Academy 6:00-8:00 where The National Marijuana Initiative will discuss the early effects recreational marijuana had in Colorado, after that state legalized the substance in 2012. The organization says it provides data on the impacts of marijuana legislation on other communities, including “changes in behavior, crime and drug use.”
