Kearney's best kept secret is now Kearney's new Kitchen & Bar Downtown Kearney, KNOB is now open, reserve your party, book your band, meetings, have fun! Nicks On the Bricks Kitchen & Bar was created out of Nicks Gyros, and customers wanting to enjoy a beer with our delicious food.  KNOB has brought to downtown Kearney a new genre of food & entertainment, we will be available to cater meals for private parties, community events, and fundraisers of all types.  Nicks Gyros has been in the Kearney area since 1982, and it popularity has outgrown the building, so we thought how can we step up the game.  When we found out that the Old Garage Bar was empty and up for lease we jumped on the opportunity to bring something unique to the table.  Now we have 2 fully stocked bars, a fully stocked kitchen with not just our popular food items, but an expanded menu.  So we found the perfect location, now we have the capability to do those things that our customers have been asking for.  A better place to eat, a place to entertain, a place to cater, a place to have fun.  With that being said we now can cater office parties on and off location, delivery downtown on the bricks, private parties with or without food, fundraisers, fraternity and sorority functions, give us a call and we can accommodate almost anything.  While we can do all these thing we will be also providing a nightlife on the weekends.
