Description
CRANE RIVER THEATER is a professional theater production company serving Central Nebraska as a home for the presentation, education and promotion of the arts. Crane River Theater is established around the belief that lifting up the arts will only help in creating a richer and more vibrant community. Our Board of Directors is comprised of thirteen individuals from across the country all dedicated to the Kearney community. They bring years of experience in the business sector, non-profit management, secondary and post-secondary education, while sharing a love for theater at the same time.
Crane River Theater intends to produce a mainstream musical, play and children's production each summer at various venues throughout the community. Kearney has a wealth of underutilized performance spaces, and we hope to fill those stages with exciting and engaging theater.
