In order to better serve you, make your experience as smooth as possible, and allow me to concentrate on my appointments starting AUGUST 1ST
I will be instituting new shop policies. All Tattoos, piercings, and consultations will be by appointment only.  All appointments can be scheduled by text or phone (8709334300), Facebook ( Tabbatha Couch or Bewitched Body Art), or by email(bewitchedbodyart@gmail.com)
I will no longer be answering the phone during shop hours.
If you leave a voicemail please speak as clear as possible and leave your name, number and brief description of why you are calling and allow me 36 hours to reply. You are encouraged to text. If you would like a general quote (subject to change until I speak to you in person)you can text or email a picture with your name, how big you want it in inches and the location of your body you wish to place it.
STARTING SEPTEMBER 1ST MY DOOR WILL STAY LOCKED AND YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN UNLESS YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT.
New policies are as follows:
-Tattoos will be required to pay half down at scheduling time.  Deposits can be paid by cash, Debit/credit, or PayPal and the remainder to be paid at time of appointment in CASH ONLY.
-Piercings appointments can be made with a 48 hour notice. Piercings prices will be $30 for single hole, $50 double hole, $75 triple hole. CASH ONLY (Discounts only apply if done on the same individual).

-Consultations are free but must give a 48 hour notice to schedule.
-You will be required to sign a form that you have read all the BEFORE you get the tattoo care and the AFTER you get the tattoo care and shop policies.


CANCELLATION POLICY
-New tattoos will be required to give a 72 hour cancellation notice or there will be a $50 charge to reschedule. Emergencies will be taken into consideration. If you are a NO CALL, NO SHOW for your appointment you will forfeit your entire deposit and will be required to pay in full the entire amount to reschedule. Please have your babysitter in place as this will not be considered an emergency. No children under the age of 12.  DO NOT SHOW UP SUNBURNED, PEELING OR UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS OR YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED AND YOU WILL REQUIRED TO PAY ANOTHER DEPOSIT. -Touch ups will be required to give a 48 hour notice to reschedule. If you are a NO CALL, NO SHOW for your touch up you will be required to pay $50 to get a new appointment to reschedule.
