At Little Seashell, we know what it takes to enhance our students’ education. Our unique approach & qualified staff makes us a great learning environment. The enriching learning environment at Little Seashell Nursery School is designed to help our students grow, both in and out of the classroom. Founded in 1983, Little Seashell is located in Island Park, within the United Methodist Church. We are here to help our students exercise their minds and imagination, while encouraging them to freely express themselves.
Little Seashell enrolls children aged 2-4 years old, in a three hour morning program. Our class runs from 9:15am-12:15pm, Monday through Friday. During the summer months we run a camp program, which also runs from 9:15am-12:15pm, but is only open Monday through Thursday.

A message from our new Director! Yes it's official! I have become the New Director of The Little Seashell Nursery School in Island Park! Thank You Debbie Maggio! I know it's bittersweet for you to turn over something you have started and directed for such a big part of your life. You couldn't have put it into better hands! I will strive to have LSS remain a loving & learning environment, as well as a positive part of our community! As my first order of Director business- Although our Summer Program is now starting, there is still room if you would like to register. Please come by the school and check it out. Also Fall Registration is among us! Give us a call to come in and tour the school for your little ones! Thank You to the families already registered. We have a wonderful school year set up for us!
